My bunny can't get enough of this hay. It smells like dandelions and marigolds, so it's no wonder. So glad that it's available in SA. Will have to set up a standing order :)

Absolutely impressed by Pet Habitat's love and care towards small pets. After reading the Hay Study results I can see the sheer dedication to animal welfare. My little Rupert is a huuuge fan of his burgess excel nuggets, and his Timothy Hay is the most fragrant hay I've come across. I'm really glad pet habitat helps me be the best bunny servant (we know who the real owner is) I can be. Ps. Delivery is a breeze!

Personally for me, my guinea pigs prefer the 1kg chamomile timothy hay. This one has many thick yellow bits that they won't eat. However, it is definitely a superior product to the local teff hay.

UK vets have been telling small pet owners to only feed high quality hay such as this and use nuggets or pellets or any other form of food as treats only.
This hay is so full of goodness that it can actually replace the usual food you feed your pet. It surpasses the best hay you can find in SA by far. Proof is in the laboratory test done. Noted nutritional information on the pack (not available anywhere in SA) shows there are no secrets to quality.
The Excel feeding plan recommends this hay, a small amount of nuggets, fresh veggies and a treat every now and then as a complete diet.
I would say this hay should be the cornerstone of any small Herbivore’s or Fibrevore’s diet.

I started feeding my Binky his Burgess Excel nuggets, Herbage and Herbs yesterday and he absolutely loves it! I will never use anything else ever again! I live in Namibia and postage and import tax can get expensive but with all the discount Pet Habitat has given me it is more than the money worth! Also, on my first order I received a bag of bedding and litter and four boxes of salad treats which my Binky absolutely loves! Thank you so much Pet Habitat, you opened up a whole new world of healthy treats for my Binky!

Our bunnies love this hay. The dandelion and marigold give it a sweet smell, and the high fibre content makes it perfect for a rabbit's sensitive digestive system. If only the chamomile hay was stocked in 1kg bags as our bunnies prefer that one to this.

I am extremely happy with the service I get from Pet Habitat. I bought Burgess Excel Dandelion & Marigold Feeding Hay for the first time and my guinea pigs absolutely love it!
