Its very important to keep your small animal in optimal health. They can be picky little eaters and if given a lot of choice in their diet they will often not eat items that are good for them. You can supply supplements such as vitamins and minerals pastes, digestive aids and even healthy treats like dried fruits and vegetables to keep your little lovely in peak health. Fruit should be given sparingly due to high sugar content. Seeds and nuts should also be given sparingly as they are high in fat and quite addictive. Be sure your little furry has a full and varied diet and that fresh water is always available.
