AQUAEL is now offering replaceable GLOSSY/LED lighting modules, intended for expanding the lighting in the GLOSSY aquarium sets. They enable easy and rapid increase of lighting in the aquarium and its adaptation to the needs of more demanding plants growing in the tank.
The GLOSSY line of exclusive aquarium sets is intended for establishment of elegant freshwater aquariums. It is distinguished by modern, energy-efficient LED lighting, in the form of modules equipped with highly efficient COB LEDs. For each set size (Glossy 80, 100 and 120) there is a dedicated separate module containing two, three or four COB LEDs respectively, rated at 6W each. As standard, each set is equipped with two modules with SUNNY type LEDs. The hood, however, features two additional mounting brackets enabling installation of a third, and even fourth module. This does not require any technical skills and only takes a few seconds.
The GLOSSY/LEDDY modules offer includes two lighting versions: SUNNY and PLANT. The SUNNY modules (same as supplied with the set) emit light of 6500 K and spectrum similar to daylight. They ensure natural reproduction of colors of fish and plants. PLANT modules emit light of color temperature of 8000 K with increased share of red and blue light required for plants. They ensure perfect growth of aquarium plants. Both types of modules can be freely combined with each other in GLOSSY sets, creating mixed light.
